ส่วนสาเหตุที่ทางสถานกงสุลไทย และสถานฑูตไทย ต้องยอมรับความพ่ายแพ้ครั้งนีั ก็เพราะถูกประนามด้วยหลักการและเหตุผล ทั้งแผ่นป้าย ใบปลิว โดยทีมงานชายชุดดำ ผู้ใช้สิทธิการแสดงความเห็นต่างด้วยเหตุผลและสันติวิธี แถมยังมีเหตุเหนือคาดหมาย มาเหนือเมฆ คือการส่งป้ายโจมตีทางอากาส ด้วยข้อความประวัติศาสตร์ "THAILAND NEEDS NO KING--DEMOCRACY NOW" ที่บินฉวัดเฉวียนเหนือน่านฟ้ามหานครซานฟรานซิสโกและเหนือสะพานที่ฝ่ายทางการไทยและคนรักเจ้าในสหรัฐอเมริกาอยากให้เป็นบันทึกประวัติศาสตร์ คือ สะพานโกล์เดนเกต เกือบหนึ่งชั่วโมง

ที่สำคัญที่สุด แผ่นใบปลิวนับหลายพันที่แจกทั่วทั้งสองฝั่งสะพานและบริเวณจัดงานวิ่งมาราธอน มีข้อความที่แทงใจดำผู้เดินเทิดพระเกียรติและเจ้าของงานทุกระดับยิ่งนักนั้น เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ และมีเนื้อหาสาระชัด ตรง และฉีกหน้ากากทั้งขบวน ดังนี้ (ก็อปปี้มาจากไฟล์ Word ที่ผู้เขียนได้รับทางเมล์ ภาพไม่สามารถเอามาได้ และต้นตอไฟล์มีสองคอลัมน์)

Dear U.S. and International Friends:

These Thais residing in the United States rallying on the Golden Gate Bridge today have their full rights to voice their opinions on this great land of freedom and democracy, as long as they do not violate any domestic laws. However, the truths associated with this rally must be exposed.

Their walking rally, sponsored by the Consulate General of Thailand in Los Angeles that works closely with the abusive Thai military junta, is aimed at demonstrating their unshakable love for king Bhumibol of Thailand and informing the world that the “majority” of Thai citizens revere the king, the so-called “Father” of these royalists.

As U.S. residents and citizens who were born in Thailand and are still passionate about seeing Thailand becoming a fully democratic country like the United States, we would like to inform you about this rally and share with you some facts about the “revered” King Bhumibol.

WHO ARE THESE KING-WORSHIPING PEOPLE?

These people belong to, are affiliated with, or support the following:

· People who are sponsored and encouraged by the Thai Consulate General in Los Angeles to campaign against individuals and groups of Thais or foreigners in the U.S. who criticize King Bhumibol and his family
· Royalists with blind love for King Bhumibol due to decades of non-stop, state-sponsored propagandas
· Some minority elites who benefit from the tyrannical regime under patronage of the Thai monarch
· People who supported the recent coup in Thailand (May,2014) that was led by prominent royal guards
· People who believe that the poor in rural Thailand do not deserve to elect their leaders through elections
· People who tried to stop the Feb. 2, 2014 election to set a pretext for the subsequent May 2014 coup
· People who think that Thais who do not love their king should not live in Thailand and should flee Thailand…(or else!)
· People who support the lese majeste laws that could result in an imprisonment of 3-15 years for merely speaking about the Thai monarch and the royal family
· People who are anti-democracy by default (because they do not believe in elections, do not respect the majority rule, do not follow the rule of law since they are well protected as royalists, suppress the voices of opponents who do not revere their king, and do not believe that all humans are born equal, etc.

WHAT HAS KING BHUMIBOL, THEIR “FATHER” DONE?

· Ascended the throne on June 9, 1946; now the longest-reigning monarch and longest-serving current head of state in the world

· Despite being regarded by Forbes as the richest monarch in the world since 2008, Bhumibol teaches Thai citizens to live modestly under the “self-sufficiency economy. Submission is a key goal!

Thailand has the richest king and yet mushrooming prostitutes!

· Bhumibol remains a prime suspect in the regicide of his own brother, but the case was practically closed as three innocent royal guards were sentenced to death in spite of proofs of their innocence.

· Despite being a constitutional monarch, Bhumibol has endorsed tearing and rewriting of a total of 16 constitutions/charters, mostly done through military coups.

King & Queen of Thailand willingly granted amnesty to the coup leaders after midnight of September 19, 2006.

Under his reign since 1946, or in about 70 years, Bhumibol has 15 times appointed army or police top leaders and at least 8 palace-approved civilians as prime ministers of Thailand. Only a few were civilians freely elected by the Thai citizens.

Royally appointed PM of Thailand was condemned in Italy on October 17, 2014 by Thai and Italian activists.

· In about 70 years as Thai king, Bhumibol has endorsed 13 coups and willingly granted amnesty to the coup makers, who happened to be his most trusted royal guards.

· Under his reign, Bhumibol has allegedly ordered many massacres against progressive political activists by his royal armies and armed royalists:
- October 14, 1973: 77 deaths & 800+ injuries
- October 6, 1976: 46 deaths & 147 injuries
- May 1992: 52 deaths & Hundreds of injuries & over 3500 disappearances! (Don’t be fooled.)
- April 2009: unknown, reportedly tens, deaths; bodies taken and hidden by the royal Thai army.
- April-May 2010: 100 deaths; over 2000 injuries
- May 2014: at least 30 deaths and many injuries—all skillfully concealed by the army

· Bhumibol has granted amnesty to his royal army guards and violent/armed civilians involved in the above killings.

· Bhumibol has used the lese majeste laws to silence people who are critical of him and his roles.

· Bhumibol keeps Thailand from ratifying the Rome Statute with the International Criminal Court.

· Bhumibol has been using people’s tax monies for the palace’s expenses and for glorifying him through rampant propagandas each year. In 2015, as much as $US 806,974,879 has been allocated for the above expenses, as budgets for the universal health care, grassroots development, and other important investments have been cut by the royally supported military junta led by General Prayuth Chan-O-Cha, a most loyal army guard who is now appointed a prime minister.

The royal networks are using their privileges and advantages to impose fascism, dictatorship, and abusive regime under the new absolute monarchy on progressive and resisting Thais worldwide.
